Categorising wiki articles

From Fan Made Fallout Development Wiki

Make sure to put the correct category links at the bottom of each page you work on.

Groups should be put in the categories:
[[category:Groups]]
[[category:Groups in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

NPCs should be put in the categories:
[[category:Non Player Characters]]
[[category:NPCs in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

Quests go in the categories:
[[category:Quests]]
[[category:Quests in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

Features go in the categories:
[[category:Features]]
[[category:Features in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

Holodisks should be in the categories:
[[category:Holodisks]]
[[category:Holodisks in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

Items should be in the categories:
[[category:Items]]
[[category:Items in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

IRC Chat logs go in the categories:
[[category:Chats]]

...and if the log is related to one location only:
[[category:Chats in Location Name]]
[[category:Location Name]]

If you ever see a red category link, it means no-one has created a page for it, yet. Follow the link to create a new page. Post something - anything - although a summing up of what the category is about is obviously best. Once you submit what you've written, the space below your text will automatically contain links to all the articles which link to that category. Smart, eh?
